A bit late but here we are :-D
I of course took a "few" photos while Kijara gave birth, but so far I just did not had the time to go through them.
Kijara is in the first stage of labore and we needed another 15hours befor the first Puppy arrived - what a long night.

We all settled in my bed room for the night. I did at first put La Vita in her cage but Kijara surly was not happy with it and so I got La Vita out again. La Vita had to stay with Kijara all the time - you just got to love this 2 sisters <3 <3 <3
FIIIINAAALY - Her water broke and we where able to welcome Curlyfriends Primus after another 13 minutes :-D
Curlyfriends Percy has safely arrived.
Curlyfriends Penelop is on her way <3
... So, thats it for the moment. I still have quite a few photos on the memory card and I will get them sorted once I have the time for ot ...

Welcome No.6 ... its 9 days since the Puppies are born and this sweet girl still has no name :-( I feel really bad about this, but none of the names which have come up in my mind suit her?!

A very happy but also very tired Kijara with her new born babies <3 <3 <3 She done an amazing job and was sooo cool and relaxed - just AMAZING. La Vita has stayed with her untill almost to the end and she helped her through each Puppy! She cleaned them, helped with the umbilical cords and kept them warm while Kijara was busy with whelping the next Puppy. This was truly an amazing whelping and it just shows how much dogs care for each other and how much they trust and relay on each other! Our doggies clearly tell us WHAT THEY WANT - we just have to learn to listen to them. Even if I do lots of things in a different way compared to other breeder, that does not mean that one of us is wrong, it just shows, that I listen more to my dogs then some other breeders do and I really enjoy to see that my Puppies are raised in a human family, but also in a proper canine family - they get the best of both, right from the start :-D
