The Puppies had their nails clipped AGAIN lol Their little nails grow very fast at this young age. But I have also offered a bit of fresh trip to them which they all enjoyed xx

3 weeks and 5 days :-D The Puppies are coming along nicely and they are soooo similar to Melody's and Jasper's first litter <3

Well, sweet Ranjana is now back at home and I would sit here crying by just looking at my poor Puppy but I am far to angree! Owner was very upset as 2 Vets have said that Ranjana has PL in both of her knees and she would no longer be suitable for breeding. I thought this is more then strange and made clear, that I want her back and would then fully refund her but that she will not see a penny if she keeps here - I was too scared, that the Vets are right but yet Ranjana might still be used for breeding as no one would check on health tests! And the KC is happy to register any litter! And I wanted to make sure that Ranjana is getting the best care possible <3 My worries where soooo right as - guess what! - if you let your Puppy get FAT and do not exercise them properly so they do not build up muscles which would support the joints then YES the joints can damage during growth!!! What is wrong with peolpe that they think only a FAT dog is a HAPPY dog grrrrrr I know breeders keep breeding from my Puppies without testing them before the mating and I am sure that this will never change, but I would at least expect that a breeder KNOWS how to raise a Puppy! Ranjana was the best Puppy in the litter and the perfect copy of Mia ... well, she WAS :-( How can 2 Vets say that a Puppy is "unhealthy" but neither of them say that Ranjana is FAT and how bad this is for her devellopmemt!!!! Ranjana will go on a diet so that she slowly will get rid of some weight and I will help her build up some muscles. I think swimming will be our favorit game <3 ... My summer plans are now down the drain but I had to do whats best for Ranjana <3 The rest will sort it self out in time :-D ... I shaved Ranjana. She came to me in all her Puppy coat which was all nice, but I wanted to clearly see her body and how she moves xx
Ranjana is no longer the athletic Puppy she used to be :-(

Ribcage has expanded due to beeing overweight.

Hind legs are no longer able to stand parallel under the hips ...

Back from the Vets with all 3 Puppies <3 ALL GOOD <3 <3 <3 Rasco and Joy came along for another Puppy Health Check as I had to go any way :-D ... But even that I am now relieved that my dear Puppy Ranjana is all fine - NO PL in either knee!!!! - I am still very upset about Ranjana´s owner and the Vet. I know that PL can come up in any dog and even if both parents are free of PL, but it was still a shock for me and also a bit strange to me that a Puppy can go from "All well" to "She has medialy luxating patellas in both hind legs. I would not recommend that this dog should be bred from" in only a few weeks! (The Vet who checked her did not give a gread of the PL but I thought it must be very bad if she recomends not to bred from the Puppy)... Taking Ranjana back was the best to do but it surly messed up my summer plans and my future breeding too.
But nothing happens without a reason. Everyone who has followed my R-Litter knows how tempting it was to just keep this girl ... well, now she is back home and might as well stay here :-D I will still be working on her weight and we will make sure that she gets into better condition too but I am now able to look at a great future for her with eithere me or with her very own new family <3
I will be more careful with whom I place her but I am now in the same bad situation then before ... having 2 full sisters but no Studdog :-/ Ranjana might come available but this is a decision which I make when I have families asking for her.
Ranjana is PL great "0" :-) However, she would of course be rescored BEFORE breeding from her!

I would also like to say, that Ranjan´s family did take good care of her (other then the trouble above) She still is the friendly Puppy who she was when she left me and it was soooo nice to see that she rememberd me by just hearing my vioce :-) Ranjana is now a member of our family and my pack has accepted her without any problems. She walks on the lead, is fine in the car and was fine in the town too, but we have to catch up on the Puppy Training hihih sit, down, trick training and all this things are new to her and she is quite disrespectful to other dogs - she barks at them - but I am sure that we will get there.

Ranjana is doing very well and she is slowly enjoying the Puppy Training, bless her.
This video is from the 14th where she had her first Puppy training since she was returned to me <3
She was still very uncomfortable and unsure but she did her best and we have come along nicely since then.
More Videos will follow as she has also been to the town and was comfortable to lay down yesterday <3 <3 <3 I just need to upload them xx

Awww my sweet girl Ranjana is slowly getting back her condition :-D She really starts to look better and her character is shaping nicely too! She becomes very focused on me and she is enjoying her Puppy Training. I am also pleased to say, that her radius in which she runs off-lead is becoming smaller again and I only need to call once and she will be right back at my side. I think Ranjana is trying her very best to finally stay here with us hihihi She surly is very interesting for my breeding due to her pedigree, health screening of parents, her size and her genetic colour code :-D ...
